对他人侵犯其专利权的损害赔偿请求权，自知道或应当知道侵权行为之日起计算。 such damages may include, but are not limited to, the direct and indirect damages, including lost profits, loss of business opportunities, and reasonable attorneys" fees, suffered by the patent holder as a result of the infringement.

享有对其专利权进行维护的权利，包括对侵权行为的调查、投诉、控告、证据收集、诉讼等。 such rights may include the right to request the court to issue an injunction or damages, and to seek an account of profits.

专利权人应当履行以下义务：

在申请专利权时，应当如实提交专利申请文件，并应当提供真实、准确、完整的有关专利信息。

在专利申请获得授权后，应当按照法律规定及时缴纳年费、维护费等相关费用。

在专利授权后，应当采取有效措施，确保专利权的有效行使和保护。 such measures may include, but are not limited to, taking legal action against infringers, seeking injunctive relief, and taking other appropriate legal measures to protect the patent rights.

对依法应当披露的专利信息，应当及时、真实、完整地向公众披露，并应当遵守法律法规规定的其他相关义务。

在行使专利权时，应当遵守法律法规的规定，不得滥用专利权，不得侵犯他人的合法权益。
