交通安全法

為保障道路安全，保障人民生命財產安全，根據《中华人民共和国宪法》和其他相關法律的规定，制定本法。

第一条

本法的宗旨是保障道路安全，保障人民生命財產安全，促进经济社会發展。

第二条

本法適用於國家內所有道路，包括城市道路、國道、鄉村道路、高速公路、隧道、桥梁、渡口、港口、机场、碼头的道路。

第三条

國家設立道路交通安全管理部门，負責道路交通安全管理工作，依法查处交通違法行為。

第四条

道路交通事故處理应当依法進行，应当保護事故当事人的合法权益。

第五條
