The third article of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People"s Republic of China: Article 35

In this article, the term "vehicle" refers to any road vehicle, including automobi, motorcyc, bicyc, and other types of vehic.

1. The driver of a vehicle shall, when driving on a road, follow the traffic ru and regulations and shall not engage in any behavior that endangers the safety of others.
